PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE TERMS THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BIDDING. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

By bidding in this auction, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth and enters into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) under the following terms and conditions:

Public Inspection / Preview Day

• Date: Saturday, September 20, 2025

• Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST

• Location: 2900 Knox Ave, Vine Grove, KY

Come join our staff and preview the auction items. We can assist you with registration for the online auction. Pre-auction inspection is strongly encouraged.

Auction Closing

• Auction Opens: Friday, September 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST

• Auction Ends: Thursday, September 25, 2025, beginning at 8:00 PM EST

Bid to win or set your maximum bid.

Condition of Items

All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase. Some lot descriptions may include content generated using artificial intelligence tools. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, bidders are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium, Payment Terms, & Sales Tax

• Buyer’s Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.

• Sales Tax: Kentucky Sales Tax of 6% applies to all applicable purchases.

• Payment Methods: Cash, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card accepted.

• Credit Card Fee: 3.5% service fee applies to all credit card purchases.

• Invoices $2,500 or greater: NOT eligible for credit card payment (Cash, Check, or Cashier’s Check only).

• Dealer Exemption: Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from sales tax with proper documentation.

Example: Bid Price $100 + Buyer’s Premium $10 + KY Sales Tax $6.60 = Total $116.60

Possession of purchased items will be granted upon final payment. No exceptions.

Auction Format & Auto Extend

This is a timed online auction.

• Auto Extend Feature: Any bid placed within 1 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 3 minutes beyond the scheduled closing time.

• Example: If an auction scheduled to close at 8:00 PM receives a bid at 7:59 PM, the close time will automatically extend to 8:03 PM.

Lawson Co. Auctioneers LLC reserves the right to adjust the auto extension period.

Pickup & Removal of Items

• Dates: Friday, September 26, 2025 & Saturday, September 27, 2025

• Time: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST each day

• Pickup Location: 2900 Knox Ave, Vine Grove, KY

All items must be picked up during the designated times. Winning bidders are solely responsible for removal, loading, and transportation of their items.

Failure to Pick Up: Purchases not retrieved, and without prior arrangements, will be forfeited without refund and may be resold.

Additional Auction Terms

• Lawson Co. Auctioneers reserves the right to remove or cancel bids and/or bidder privileges at any time deemed not to be in the seller’s best interest.

• Lawson Co. Auctioneers and its agents/staff reserve the right to bid on any and all items.

• All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.
