Built for Quality Items & Small Collections

Our consignment program is designed for sellers with individual items or small collections that don't warrant a standalone auction — but still deserve to be sold at true market value through competitive bidding.

Have a full estate or large-scale liquidation? Our Complete Estate Auction service is the better fit.

Collectors Thinning a Collection

Whether it's coins, antiques, vintage advertising, or Native American artifacts — when it's time to sell a few pieces, auction puts them in front of collectors who understand what they're worth.

Cleaning Out the Garage or Shop

Tools, equipment, parts, or items that have been sitting around for years. If it has value, there's no reason to give it away or let it collect dust.

Farmers & Ranchers Selling Equipment

A tractor, skidsteer, trailer, or a few pieces of farm equipment you no longer need. We reach the buyers who are actually looking for it — not just your neighbors.

Inherited a Few Items

You came into some valuables — coins, jewelry, antiques, equipment — and you need to turn them into cash. We handle everything so you don't have to figure out what it's all worth.

Downsizing or Moving

When you're making a move and can't take everything with you, auction is a fast, clean way to sell quality items without the hassle of dealing with individual buyers.

Consignment Categories

We consistently see strong competitive bidding across these categories. Not sure if your items are a good fit? Send us a few photos and we'll give you an honest answer.

Antiques & Collectibles

Vintage advertising, glassware, pottery, clocks, Native American artifacts, vintage toys, signs — items that belong in front of serious collectors.

Gold, Silver & Coins

Morgan dollars, gold eagles, silver bars, coin collections, bullion, and numismatic pieces. Our buyers know what they're bidding on.

Tools & Equipment

Shop tools, welders, compressors, generators, hand tools, power tools — quality equipment finds buyers fast at auction.

Tractors, Skidsteers & Heavy Equipment

John Deere, CAT, Case — we regularly sell tractors, loaders, skidsteers, and other farm and construction equipment.

Trailers

Flatbeds, goosenecks, utility trailers, stock trailers — if it rolls, we can sell it. Single units or small fleets.

Vehicles & Unique Finds

Cars, trucks, vintage vehicles, aircraft, shipping containers, commercial equipment — we've sold it all. If it has value, we can move it.

Simple from First Call to Payday

We do the heavy lifting. You bring the items — we handle photos, descriptions, marketing, and the sale.

1

Reach Out

Fill out the form below or give us a call. A few photos and a brief description is all we need to get started.

2

We Evaluate

Our team reviews your items and lets you know if auction is the right move. If something won't perform well, we'll tell you upfront.

3

Items Come to Us

Drop items off at our Billings location, or for higher-value consignments, we can arrange pickup. We photograph, catalog, and describe every lot.

4

We Sell It

Your items go into an upcoming online auction, marketed to thousands of registered bidders. Competitive bidding sets the price — not a lowball offer.

5

You Get Paid

After the auction closes and buyers pick up, we send your proceeds. We work on commission — we only get paid when you get paid.

Stop Haggling. Let the Market Set the Price.

vs. Selling Online Yourself

No lowball offers, no-shows, strangers at your door, or shipping hassles. We handle the listing, marketing, payment, and pickup — all of it.

vs. Pawn Shops & Dealers

A dealer has to mark up your item to resell it — which means they pay you less. At auction, buyers compete against each other and drive the price to true market value.

vs. Consignment Stores

Consignment stores can take months. Our auctions have a defined timeline — your items are listed, marketed, and sold within weeks, not left collecting dust on a shelf.

vs. Letting It Sit

That equipment in the yard, the collection in the closet, the coins in the safe — they're not doing you any good sitting there. Turn them into cash and let someone else enjoy them.

What You Need to Know

How much does it cost to consign?
We work on a commission basis — we only get paid when your items sell. Commission rates vary depending on the type and value of your items, and we'll discuss this upfront so there are zero surprises.
Is there a minimum number of items?
No. We'll take a single high-quality item or a small collection of up to 10 pieces. What matters is the quality and value, not the quantity.
How do I get my items to you?
For most consignments, we prefer drop-off at our Billings location at 3625 S 56th St West. For larger or higher-value items — tractors, trailers, heavy equipment — we can discuss pickup options.
When will my items sell?
We run auctions regularly — 3 times per year. Once your items are received and cataloged, they'll typically be placed in the next appropriate auction.

What about sporting goods and firearms?
Sporting equipment, firearms, ATVs, and side-by-sides are a great fit for our Montana Sporting Auction — a premium event held three times a year with buyers specifically looking for outdoor and sporting items. Contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.
