Charlie Felton built an entire Billings subdivision with his own two hands, and this lineup of equipment is how he did it. Every dozer, every water truck, every screen plant on this page was the heart and soul of that project — iron that Charlie relied on day in and day out to turn raw ground into finished lots.
Now Charlie's retiring and moving permanently to Missoula, and it's time for this equipment to find its next home. Nine lots. All sold to the highest bidder. Bidding opens Thursday, April 30th and closes Wednesday, May 13th.
